If it's legal to hunt wildlife for food, why can't they be hunted and then used for sexual pleasure?

If hunting wild game is legal for the purpose of food, why not for sexual release, as well? As long as it is eventually used for food purposes, why is it a crime to have sex with a carcas of a deer, bear, mountain lion or other wild game? I think this is a great way to reduce the rape statistics in society, and feel a law needs to be passed on this topic. Who do I write to, to get such an idea into voting?
